My Remote Agency was originally created for the small to medium agency who may not have enough bookkeeping activity to warrant a fulltime bookkeeper. As it turns out too, large agencies have brought us on to pick up overflow or to catch up before year end. Jennifer comes to you from an extensive insurance background. Being a former agency principle allows her to understand what you need, insurance agent to insurance agent. Since 1998, she has witnessed and experienced the everyday issues and hurdles that make owning and managing an agency so frustrating. For the past six years, her team has helped numerous agencies with bookkeeping services — from the simplest to the most complex issues. Jennifer has also helped agencies through a conversion to a new system and now strives to make that process as easy as possible for every client.
Sonia has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her experience includes both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She has enjoyed working with both small and larger agencies. With her extensive experience as a CSR, she has covered all aspects as an account manager, managing clients, renewals, endorsements, audits, remarketing and client accounting. She even managed a claims department focusing on claim trending, risk management program, including underwriting, and producing new business and renewal submissions, and endorsements.
Technologically minded, Dawn combines 20 years of insurance sales in both large and small agencies, and 30 years of customer service, into a unique understanding of the evolving computer system/web based needs of the modern agency, and how to use these tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, sales, and records maintenance needs.
Matt is a veteran in the insurance industry. As a former agency owner, CPCU, and conference speaker, he has a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to what works well in an agency. Matt is also a marketing specialist and is part of why NOVA is such a great software that helps you gain and retain insureds.
