Jennifer comes to you from an insurance background. Being a former agent herself allows her to understand what you need, insurance agent to insurance agent. During her time at a small agency, she herself witnessed and experienced the fear and frustration that surrounds a conversion to a new system and now strives to make that process as easy as possible for new Agency Systems clients.
Debbie has 30 years of experience in working with insurance agencies and their accounting systems. At her most recent agency, she transitioned their books from InStar to Newton, but she also specializes in QuickBooks and Peachtree. She has worked with all aspects of accounting, including direct bill reconciliations, closing, agency bill account current reconciliation, payables and receivables, month-end production reports, budgets, payroll and much more.
Sonia has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her experience includes both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She has enjoyed working with both small and larger agencies. With her extensive experience as a CSR, she has covered all aspects as an account manager, managing clients, renewals, endorsements, audits, remarketing and client accounting. She even managed a claims department focusing on claim trending, risk management program, including underwriting, and producing new business and renewal submissions, and endorsements.
Technologically minded, Dawn combines 20 years of insurance sales in both large and small agencies, and 30 years of customer service, into a unique understanding of the evolving computer system/web based needs of the modern agency, and how to use these tools to enhance efficiency, productivity, sales, and records maintenance needs.
Matt is a veteran in the insurance industry. As a former agency owner, CPCU, and conference speaker, he has a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to what works well in an agency. Matt is also a marketing specialist and is part of why NOVA is such a great software that helps you gain and retain insureds.
